To access the full range of 604's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 604 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. 604 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to validate the information provided at any time, including prior to processing fund withdrawals.
Users agree to use the 604 Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
604 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including account suspension or closure and the freezing of associated funds.
All financial transactions on the 604 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by 604, including online bank transfers and e-wallets listed on the platform.
Users acknowledge that all deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed thereafter, except in circumstances provided for under 604's internal policy. For withdrawals, users must complete full identity verification and ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate.
604 reserves the right to:
Any transaction disputes must be reported to 604's support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports received after this period may not be processable.
604 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 604 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from errors or interruptions.
604 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
If an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the user, any remaining valid balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process.
All content on the 604 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 604 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. No part of the Platform's content may be copied, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 604.
The 604 Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by 604 of the content, products, or services on those websites. 604 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
604 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
